Payless Rewards & Gift Card - Terms and Conditions of Use
By using a Payless rewards card you agree to all terms and Conditions and all subsequent amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are available from all participating Payless Stores as well as being available at www.payless.co.nz.
Basic Card Information
Your Payless rewards card can be used at all Participating Payless Stores within New Zealand Only.
Not Just Plastics Ltd has discretion to change the Participating status of any Payless Store without notification.
Your Payless Rewards Card holds no monetary value.
Your Payless Rewards Card is non redeemable for cash. Any and all credit values against your Payless Rewards Card can only be redeemed against approved products at participating Payless Stores.
Payless Rewards Cards cannot be used as payment for goods and services on Account transactions.
Card Ownership
Your Payless Rewards Cards remains the property of Not Just Plastics Ltd.
At no time does ownership of this card transfer to the holder or user of the card.
Not Just Plastics Ltd has the right at any time to recall or take possession of your Rewards Card.
Purpose of your Payless Rewards Card
Your Payless Rewards Card can be used for any or all of the following purposes:
To Collect Payless Reward Credits which can be redeemed towards the tendering for products from Participating Payless Stores.
To be used as a Gift Card or prepaid Purchase Card for which it’s value can be redeemed towards the tendering for products from Participating Payless Stores.
Using Your Payless Rewards Card as a Gift or prepaid Purchase Card
You can pre-load credit value against your Payless Rewards Card at any time to increase your Payless Rewards Card credit value to a maximum of NZ$1000 total.
Any credit value loaded against your Payless Rewards Card cannot be refunded. The credit value can only be redeemed for products and services at participating Payless Stores.
Using your Payless Rewards Card to earn credit values
By presenting your Payless rewards card at the time of making a purchase a percentage of the payable total for that transaction will be credited against your card for future redemption for products and services.
A Payless Rewards Card must be presented at time of transaction. Payless cannot and will not load at a future date any credits available from a historic transaction.
The percentage credited against your card at the time of transaction is at the discretion of Not Just Plastics Ltd. Not Just Plastics Ltd has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, lower or increase this percentage rate without notification.
Redeeming Credit Values for Goods and Services
At any time you may use any or all of your accrued credit value against goods or services from Participating Payless Stores. You cannot redeem more than your current credits available.
To redeem any credit Value as part or full payment, your payless rewards Card must be presented.
Expiry of Credit Values for your Payless Rewards Card
All credit values accrued against your Payless Rewards Card will automatically expire one (1) year from the date your Payless reward card was last presented and used at a participating Payless Store for any one of the following activities.
Pre-loading of credit value against your card
Earning of credit value against your card through the presentation of card at time of a transaction
Redemption of part or all of credit value against your card.
Lost, Stolen or damaged Payless Rewards Cards
Not Just Plastics Ltd is not responsible for any credit values relating to a lost, stolen, or damaged card.
Any or all credit value pre-loaded or earned against your card is at the Card Holders risk.
Any party can use or redeem an unregistered Payless Rewards Card at any time. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged and is not registered against a Card Holder, Not Just Plastics Ltd takes no responsibility
If a card is lost, stolen or damaged as is registered against a Card Holder, Not Just Plastics Ltd can at their sole discretion cancel your card and reissue you a new card with credit values transferred to the new card.
If you are the Registered Holder against a specific Payless Rewards Card and it is lost, stolen or damaged, then contact your nearest Participating Payless Store as soon as possible to register a ‘Request for Replacement Application’.
Any transactions or loss of credit value accrued against a registered Payless Rewards Card before a ‘Request for Replacement Application’ has been received and processed by a participating Payless Store is the responsibility and loss to a Card Holder. Processing time of a ‘Request for Replacement Application’ can take up to 3 working days.
Registering your Payless Rewards Card
You can register your Payless rewards card by completing a ‘Payless rewards Registeration Application’ at any participating Payless Store or by visiting ww.payless.co.nz.
Your Payless Rewards Card may only be registered once.
Payless Rewards Privacy Statement
Not Just Plastics Ltd Trading as Payless, or any other participating operator of the Payless rewards program will not sell, lend or announce your private contact information to any parties other than what is required for normal management of the Payless Rewards Program.
